Delivery Policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment or give you the option to backorder the item.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Australia. Any shipments outside of Australia are not available at this time.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
4. Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions on the checkout page of our website.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the location and the delivery method. A minimum of $15 will be added to your order for freight and packaging. If the weight exceeds this threshold our staff will manually calculate the shipping rate based off Australia Post rates. Please note that Australia Post rates do not take into consideration our packaging costs and insurance on the parcel. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.
As of November 1 2023 Australia Post has introduced new size limits to parcels. These are as follows –
- Weight: actual weight of up to 22kg

Interstate Shipping via our secure courier service -
When shipping firearms or other license-controlled items, security is our priority, and we will not compromise on this for the sake of convenience.
The secure courier service that we use for interstate shipping will only ship to business addresses and will not ship to P.O. Boxes – it is therefore necessary that the receiving premises is attended during normal business hours (8am to 5pm) to ensure the package is properly received at delivery. We accordingly prefer to send to a dealership/gunsmith/armorer that operates from a shopfront with regular hours of business. Club armourers or backyard dealers that do not meet these requirements will only be used under exceptional circumstances with the approval of Barn management (for example – where a primary dealership is more than 50km away from the customer’s address). In this case we may use an alternative shipping method such as Australia Post and this may result in extra charges. In all cases we will only ship to the address detailed on the dealer’s licensing documentation; if there is a request by the dealer to send to any other address it must be supported by an official letter from the relevant State Weapons Licensing Branch (for example – the dealership has moved to a new or temporary address).
Shipping of firearms via our courier will have a standard charge of $100.00. In some cases, the charge may be reduced to $60.00 if the overall length of the package is less than 105cm and does not require disassembly of the firearm or cutting down the box to fit inside this length. Tracking numbers will not be provided for firearms or license-controlled items. Contact the store if you require details of the shipping progress.
Please note that there are special arrangements for shipping of license-controlled items to Western Australia
Interstate Shipping via our secure courier service -
This service ships to any location except for WA but will only take parcels that are under 105cm. If the box that your new gun comes in is over this length, we will have to cut down the box. This will incur a $100 postage and handling charge. If the gun that you have purchased is over this length and we can not send via our registered courier, we will have to pull the stock off the gun. This will incur a $100 postage and handling charge. If the receiver of the parcel is not at the location when the parcel is delivered, the parcel will have been sent signature on delivery so this means that the Australia Post contractor should take the parcel back to the Post office for you to collect. This does not always happen as the Aus Post contractor does not always do the right thing. This is why we advise sending all interstate parcels to a business premise that is open during business hours. 8am-5pm Monday - Friday.

Should you not want to select another dealer, standard cancelation fees will apply to this transaction. We need a current copy of the receiving dealers license before this transaction can take place.
